Educational Requirements:
∎ CA (Part qualified)/ CA (CC) along with Masters in Accounting/ Management/ Finance from any reputed organization.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Accounts, Audit, Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Medical Equipment, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and conducting audit applying techniques, tests and sampling method.
∎ Conducts risk assessments and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks.
∎ Performs audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing and interviewing techniques.
∎ Analyses and concludes on effectiveness and efficiency of control environment.
∎ Identifies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Documents the results of audit work in accordance with audit department.
∎ Prepares timely audit reports for executive management and the Board of Directors.
∎ Contributes, as appropriate, in the year-end financial audit with the external auditor.
∎ Provides advice on internal control and participates in enhancing internal audit standards and practices.
∎ Researches new or technical subjects when required to support audits.
∎ Plans financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews/audits.
∎ Provide feedback on performance of Internal Auditors, on audit assignments, as applicable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits.
∎ Proper knowledge about Bangladesh Accounting Standards and Bangladesh Standards on Auditing.
∎ Ability to manage projects and, when required, supervise auditors to follow sound internal control practices and to manage risks appropriately.
∎ Be adaptable and able to meet deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands and to work with all types of individuals.
∎ Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building and problem solving.
∎ Proper knowledge of pre-auditing system
∎ Excellent English speaking and writing skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills & Self motivated and quick learner.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, confident and able to manage a large team.
∎ Have excellent knowledge on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) & internet conversant
Salary: Negotiable
