Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all accessories purchase requisition as per work order.
∎ Pre and post cost sheet analysis, Oder wise cost sheet checking.
∎ Reconcile with cost sheet & booking sheet.
∎ L/C related vouchers (supplied by commercial department) and preserve by accounts department.
∎ Party / supplier, Bill, ledger (both manual/electrical) based on daily transaction,
∎ Wastage sale bills
∎ Leftover item inventory and re-consume ability.
∎ Manage & monitor the Cutting, Sewing & Finishing sections.
∎ Perform Internal Audit on Inventory Management system of Textile/ RMG factory/industry.
∎ To ensure companies internal control system, working properly.
∎ Review Different Departments operational processes, identify risk & drawback of operations, and assess the risk as per guidelines.
∎ Perform operational audit.
∎ Perform in Financial Audit of the company .
∎ Will check & verify the local purchase comparing with local rate & market.
∎ Conducting market audit to find specific market gap and opportunities from market end & distributor end.
∎ Implement internal audit and Monitoring policies, procedures, and program.
∎ Reporting after conducting any sorts of audit or investigation.
∎ Regular follow up on implementation of audit findings.
∎ Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data.
∎ Perform production process flow audit.
∎ Gauging levels of financial risk within organizations.
∎ Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable.
∎ Ensuring that assets are protected.
∎ Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements.
∎ Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations.
∎ Any other relevant assignment provided, time to time from the Management and HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Internal Audit/ Inventory Audit/Operational Audit/ MS Office Expert.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Good Communication Skill in Bangla & English.
