Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ M.com/ MBA (major in Accounting/ Finance) preferable from Public University or reputed Private University.
∎ CA (Application level) from a reputed CA firm/ partly qualified ACCA/ ACMA/ CIMA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit/ Investigation, Internal Audit, Knowledge of both Knit and Woven garment manufacturing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute audit as per monthly/quarterly/yearly audit plan of the Department
∎ Develop and maintain Quality control aspects of audit and work intensively on the improvement of audit programs that covers all aspects of the internal audit activity.
∎ Identify the training needs of subordinates in consultation with the supervisor and audit staff and prepare the yearly training calendar in collaboration with HR Department.
∎ Ensure proper job training of the subordinate and arrange substitute to perform the duties in absence of subordinate.
∎ Implement the internal checking system and to ensure development of internal control.
∎ Scrutinizing Accounts and Finance related issues considering BAS, BSA, IFIRS, Companies Act, ITO, Vat act and other related rules & regulations.
∎ Monitoring financial activities, transactions and expenditures with production cost analyses.
∎ Provide necessary inputs for drafting of annual audit plan.
∎ Supervise and ensure physical inventory of store materials of all centers.
∎ Develop audit programs and execute risk-based audits to review and identify financial and operational risks associated with investment and provision of public services activities.
∎ Assist Accounts Dept to disburse all kinds of salary of the company in proper way.
∎ Assist to review the risk management process as per audit plan.
∎ Ensure that appropriate audit documentation is maintained to support coverage of areas, conclusions drawn and issues reported
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Smooth in TALLY Software operation, Proficiency in MS Office & ERP System.
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative, energetic, hard working, dedicated and target oriented
∎ Demonstrates a good understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in applying auditing standards.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure
∎ Good report-writing, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Good Computer literacy is must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
