Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Will consider candidates without B.Sc Ind Engineering if candidate displays adequate experience in sweater industry.
∎ Skills Required: Engineers

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering, Floor/ Line Management, Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sweater Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather data on relevant sections and make use of the data in innovative ways.
∎ Coordination to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow
∎ Calculation of efficiency, time study, motion study and idle man machine hours.
∎ Analysis of labor cost, capacity planning & creation of production schedules.
∎ Resolve production problems.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in a sweater factory, running an IE team.

Salary: Negotiable
