Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree preferable in Marketing
∎ BA/ Honors/ Masters from any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
∎ Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
∎ Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.
∎ Coordinate Assistant Manager, Executive and Worker with efficiently.
∎ Perform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise.
∎ Regular Visit Corporate Office, Bank, Home, Market and Shopping Mall to identify potential customer.
∎ Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory services.
∎ Keeping inventory and sales records for head office.
∎ Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
∎ Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions.
∎ Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions, and prepare merchandise displays and advertising copy.
∎ Assign specific duties to sales and marketing officers.
∎ Always shown positive attitude and dedication for company instructions
∎ To work as a team leader/member for marketing and business development of various brands of electronic home appliances and air conditioners in corporate bodies and various institutions.
∎ Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing conditions of the brands under the organization resembling the highest Quality and Sincerity.
∎ Generate Daily/Monthly/half-yearly/yearly reports on market progress, credit realization and individual customer performance.
∎ Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications & internet, and report writing as well as professional knowledge in tender preparation is required.
∎ Should be prepared to be assigned at Rajshahi Division or any where in Bangladesh.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
