∎ Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Bangladesh University of Textiles, Southeast University, Primeasia University, Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to Work Under Pressure, employee development skill, Excellent leadership skills, Industrial & Production Engineering, Must possess good interpersonal skills, SMV
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase productivity & efficiency.
∎ Do Method Study, Motion study, Time study and Line balancing.
∎ Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects & wastage.
∎ Do garments manufacturing process break down and machine lay out.
∎ Determine SMV.
∎ Do risk analysis and identify critical operation.
∎ Recommend training for skill up gradation & folder / attachments.
∎ Find bottlenecks, technical difficulties and quality related issues.
∎ Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and materials.
∎ Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency.
∎ Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Floor / Line Management, Work Study, Quality Control Production Management, Production Planning.
∎ Should have strong leadership quality.
∎ Must be self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Fluency in English and computer operation skill required.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
