We are 100% export-oriented Garments Manufacturing Group of Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - IE for the IE Department in a Woven Garments Factory.

Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.

• Responsible for the IE Department in a Woven Shirt Manufacturing Factory.

• Ensure line balancing to optimize productivity.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance quality and develop methods to reduce production costs.

• Evaluate and recommend technology, methods, and training to relevant teams.

• Increase productivity and efficiency through method study, re-engineering, motion study, time study, and line balancing.

• Determine SMV, and arranging and designing process.

• Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects and wastage, draft garment manufacturing process breakdown, and make a balanced production flow in line.

• Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards.

• Adopt good industrial engineering practices in every possible area of operation for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources.

• Prepare monthly production and efficiency reports, m/c breakdown reports, etc.

• Calculate SMV, prepare SMV archives, and process the flow of various products.

• Monitoring production output and finding bottlenecks, technical, quality, and machine problems, and having them solved immediately.

• Perform any other assignment as assigned by management.
