Engineering, Floor/ Line Management, Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper analyze for all orders of every month to make the Master Plan Schedule (with production plan also) for all Units (Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis).
∎ Co-ordination to execute of all orders from yarn to finishing including Accessories & Print-Embroidery also (with concern departments / person) according to the Master Plan Schedule.
∎ Execute strongly about the clear feed for all Units according to the Production Plan.
∎ Follow-up the Cutting & Production according to the Production Plan.
∎ Setup working hours for all Units depending on the situation of monthly order quantity, number of lines & manpower.
∎ Co-ordination & pull up the orders if required to provide at subcontract factory.
∎ Conduct departmental meeting (order & production related) for weekly basis.
∎ Prepare the yearly company budget for every year.
∎ Maintain the planning by ERP software.
∎ Reporting to Executive Director / Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in industrial engineering with Knit garments factory.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills
∎ Must have excellent computer knowledge with English communication skill
∎ Applicant must have skill on team work, work under pressure along with positive attitude
Salary: Negotiable
