Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper methods & Time study to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards and to Plan layout of machines and lines to get the highest productivity.
∎ Setup every day's standard input ratio & create sensitivity to worker about new method systematically in respect of garment manufacturing.
∎ Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency;
∎ Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Study individual operator's performance and preserve the database for future reference.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity.
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet ultimate standard and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Ensure Proper line balancing & confirm daily line wise production target.
∎ Prepare weekly, daily & monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down reports and other related reports for higher authority.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ensure proper machine layout, efficiency & lost minutes report and optimize cost within standard time by applying tools.
∎ Develop workers motion by using DPA (Digital process Analysis) program.
∎ Must have computer Knowledge in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Vision with good analytical Skills.
