Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Production from any reputed Public University;
∎ Having advanced degree will be gives priority
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate Concept design, justification, approval and implementation of production planning and line balancing to get optimum productivity;
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow by balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization;
∎ Identification of opportunities for process improvements resulting in service, cost and accuracy/quality;
∎ Evaluate and recommend improvements of technology, methods, flow path, material handling, training etc.;
∎ Develop and follow up overall production plan in line with timely shipment requirement of customers ensuring delivery with right quality;
∎ Take necessary steps to minimize wastage and loss in all operating areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In depth knowledge on lean productive management.
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
∎ Experience in a highly automated fulfillment environment is preferred;
∎ Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of garments management;
∎ Data analysis skills (SQL experience preferred);
∎ Strong report presentation skill and interpersonal skill is a must;
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English;
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office.
Salary: Negotiable
