Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc or Master in Textile Technology/ Industrial Engineering from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the alignment with factory monthly / Yearly KPIs
∎ Establish correct garment SMV & thread consumption for Execution of factory IE Functions.
∎ Build & standardize production GSD database & Drive SMV reduction , method improvements & innovations
∎ Analysis the month planning & execution proper QCO activities to increase factory productivity
∎ New product/New customer development cooperation with marketing
∎ Train & Develop strong IE Culture & Streamline IE Functions in factory
∎ Building relationships with the operation team for smooth & effective function.
∎ Skill balancing & skill upgrading, function monthly cross-training plan among operation staff
∎ Initiatives to enhance sewing efficiency/plan vs achievement/QCO/NPT/Kaizen activities
∎ Manage the operation within agreed KPI
∎ Productivity enhancement in Sewing /Finishing & Cutting
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Involve to the QCO critical path operations & reviews
∎ Monthly/Yearly Budgeted SAH/CM/Efficiency achievement
∎ Process improvement in washing/Dry process
∎ Accomplishment of IE related projects on time
∎ Need to maintain the manpower within budget and Optimize MP utilization, disciplinary issues of the subordinates
∎ Do success on any tasks assigned by top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Any location as per management concern will have to work.

∎ Accuracy of GSD SMV & accurate CM
∎ Monthly saving of Thread ordering & leftover reduction %
∎ 100% Process Simplification and improvement in Productivity.
∎ Any evaluation of subordinates knowledge

∎ Minimum Style Change Lead time and Quick Scale Up of Productivity
∎ and Line Efficiency.
∎ Maintain Line Efficiency and 100% on-time Achievement of Target.
∎ 100% Achieved SMVs and Zero Thread Wastage.
∎ Improve Efficiency Monthly/Yearly SAH/CM/Efficiency achievement
