Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years' experience in software development and software project management, including 3 years in management position
∎ Should also have experience on Open Source platforms/solutions, mobile applications, designing dashboard.
∎ Demonstrated experience on working in multi-disciplinary or inter-agency teams required.
∎ Sound understanding and experience of working on ICT solutions for large and complex information systems.
∎ Candidates with knowledge of national health infrastructure, service delivery process and health data flow process in Bangladesh will be preferred.
∎ Ability to interact with senior level experts and decision-makers from GoB and other stakeholders
∎ Excellent Analytical abilities
∎ Excellent programming skills in OOP - Java/C++/C#, PHP etc.
∎ Excellent technical skills on LAMP/Windows/Android stacks, RDBMS: PostgreSQL /MySQL
∎ Strong Knowledge of Client-Server Multi-tier Application architecture solutions
∎ Excellent inter-personal communication skills in both Bangla and English
