∎ Leading Recruitment Activities: Responsible for the recruitment and selection process for various projects, to include posting employment advertisements; assisting with recruitment interview process, coordinate interviews of all prospective candidates; conducting background checks, employment verification and references on applicants.
∎ Manage Employee and Labor Relations: Manager addresses employee conflicts and completes investigation as required. Works with the management to administer employee discipline or corrective actions when needed.
∎ Benefits and Payroll Management : Manager prepares payroll reports from attendance generation to accurate timekeeping. Ensures that salaries and employee benefits are efficiently computed.
∎ Records Management : Manager maintains a comprehensive record of all employees and keeps it updated. Ensures proper safekeeping of all confidential personal documents, government-mandated benefits, insurances, HR policies, and others.
∎ HR Organizational Development : Manager maintains and enhances the organization's policies, procedures, approaches, and action programs. Introduces new systems that will strengthen its control and services to the workforce. Works closely with the management in the proper and timely implementation of enforced systems and procedures.
∎ Performance Management : Manager maintains effective performance systems in the organization. Makes certain that management sets acceptable performance standards, sets employee objectives, and expected behavior. Observes timely performance rating of all employees retrieve performance evaluation data and file accordingly.
∎ Maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions & annual performance appraisal; submit monthly, yearly.
∎ Ensure HR policies development and planning are implemented comprehensively including & Develop SOP ( Standard Operating Procedures) and implement it successfully
∎ Preparing all notices, circulars, office orders, meeting schedule & circulate the minutes to the respective concerns.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh labor law/acts and HR best practices,
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years experience in Project HR & administrative supporting role in any recognized construction company as manager.
∎ Self-starter and results oriented, demonstrated positive values of customers first, dedication, continuous improvement, openness and initiative, integrity, and teamwork.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
∎ Exceptional organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
∎ Must be extremely detail oriented and dependable.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and present with ease to employees and management, strong presentation skills.
∎ Capacity to think strategically, act operationally, and to work independently.
∎ Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS office, including: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
