Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sourcing Suitable vendors
∎ Visit Vendors/Market regular on daily basis
∎ Keep update Vendors Information
∎ Liaise with transporter & warehouse to enhance order deliver as per schedule.
∎ Liaise with supplier for purchase transaction to enhance smooth & efficient shipment.
∎ Coordinating & liaise with forwarding agent for monitoring full Import & shipment matter and track the performance & cost meet the company requirement.
∎ Inventory control & management to enhance inventory accuracy.
∎ With ability to coordinate and managed complex supply chain transaction.
∎ Provide support to any ad hoc after sales support matter from time to time.
∎ Process daily sales order, by issue sales orders, invoice & track delivery arrangement.
