Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in HRM/Management/Public Administration from any reputed University. Candidates from the University of Dhaka/IBA with relevant Training will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development, HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, organize and manage the entire HR Functions of the Group.
∎ To form and look after the Policy Matters including Office & Disciplinary Management.
∎ To ascertain Job Description & Job Specification against all Positions of the Group.
∎ To ensure recruitment of qualified and professional Candidates for the Group as desired by the Management from time to time.
∎ To perform Training Need Assessment and conduct Training for overall Development of the Employees.
∎ To form and adopt retention Policies of Employees and their satisfactory maintenance.
∎ To look after the matters related to compensation, benefit, staff welfare and other motivational issues of the Employees.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as desired by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be enthusiastic, energetic with good inter personal skills.
∎ Candidate must have computer literacy.
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated, ready to take challenge and work under stress.
∎ Good command on both spoken and written English.

Salary: Negotiable
