Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree with major in Human Resource Management from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop HR strategies, ensure effective Human Resources management and operations of UCEP Bangladesh at central and regional levels including other entities of UCEP Bangladesh in line with UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission, goals and relevant country laws.
∎ Review existing policies and procedures and recommend necessary modifications to SMT (Senior Management Team).
∎ Develop, implement and administer policies and procedures.
∎ Plan and execute the recruitment, selection and onboarding process ensuring all policies and procedures in timely and effective manner.
∎ Plan, organize and conduct Orientation and Induction program for new joiners to fit in the organization.
∎ Coordinate with managers to revise JDs, analyze jobs and set KPIs for team members.
∎ Assist SMT in designing and reviewing work structure and update organogram as and when required.
∎ Administer performance management system, develop employee retention policy and implement accordingly.
∎ Ensure and administer HR Operations such as Payroll, Confirmation, Contract Renewal, disciplinary process, Attendance & Leave Management, Transfer and Final Settlement.
∎ Oversee Master Database and Personal File Management.
∎ Analyze training needs, develop training and development programs, prepare training calendar, execute programs and report.
∎ Plan and prepare quarter, half-yearly and annual budgets for HR functions.
∎ Administer HRIS software and coordinate with ICT department for necessary development, modification and troubleshooting for smooth operations of HR functions.
∎ Prepare various monthly, annual and occasional reports and present to SMT and BoG (Board of Governors).
∎ Responsible for Donor reporting within HR scope.
∎ Analyze Exit Interviews and report on turnover factors.
∎ Develop and administer a documentation system with easy retrieval.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 08 years of relevant professional experience in the field of HR, of which at least 03 years as a Manager in a large organization.
∎ Excellent fluency in both Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills & conversant with MS Office package including latest HR software (eg. HRMS) and other tools.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel.
∎ Age limit for the applicant would be 45 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.
