Experience:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the full-cycle hiring process—including sourcing, interviewing, offer, and induction—particularly focusing on factory-floor positions in footwear manufacturing.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, terminations, and maintain comprehensive personnel files.
HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and enforce policies aligned with Bangladesh labor law and buyer codes of conduct (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT), ensuring factory-wide compliance.
Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll operations—including salary, overtime, incentives, leave management—and maintain payroll records and reconciliation reports.
Performance Management & Training: Implement performance appraisal systems, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Manage disciplinary procedures, industrial relations, and grievance resolution.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation, ensure secure, accessible recordkeeping.
Administrative Operations: Oversee day-to-day factory administration—managing licenses, legal documents, transport, security, facilities, and vendor relations.
Liaison & Compliance: Maintain relationships with GOs and agencies like labor offices, ensuring all licenses and inspections are current.
Factory Safety & Standards: Monitor safety protocols (fire, electrical, chemical), support audit readiness (BSCI, SEDEX), and oversee corrective actions.
Transport & Logistics: Manage factory transport logistics including routing, driver management, fuel monitoring, and compliance documentation.
Facility Security & Guest Protocol: Ensure safe and orderly facility operations; organize logistics for protocols and visitations by management or external parties.
