Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Post-Graduates of HRM from public university is preferable.
∎ Master in any Discipline (having PGDPM/PGDHRM)
∎ Skills Required: HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & independently can run HR & Administrative activity of multiple companies at a time.
∎ Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, succession planning, organizational development and change management.
∎ Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth.
∎ Close liaison and coordination with the factory, Production, Sales, Service and Accounts Department.
∎ Must be able to utilize Payroll Software.
∎ To handle the biometric system and to ensure that employees are punctual.
∎ To develop proper job descriptions.
∎ Monitor and finish day to day activities of HR & Admin departments as well as other departments for smooth workflow.
∎ To prepare HR Related plan and execute the plan for the development of company's human resources.
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006 as amended in 2015 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
∎ Must have the ability to liaison with Government agencies/Institute (e.g. BIDA, BUET, Local Police Station etc.).
∎ Perform day to day administrative woks of the factory and implement the administrative policy of the company
∎ Deal with factory labors in terms of attendance, activities, recruitment, selection, employment, welfare grievances handling, investigations and other labor related activities as per labor law.
∎ Utilization of all human resources properly by ensuring 100% efficiency.
∎ Sound knowledge about all types of Factory related license renewal in time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Factory HR Administration, General Administration, General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Textile
∎ Strong communication (in both Bangla & English), persuasion and presentation skills.
∎ Acceptable leadership, motivation and counseling skill.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel and e-communication platforms.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure according to plan and meet deadlines.
∎ Photograph must be enclosed with the resume.
