Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative Duties:
∎ Maintain communication with External Bodies, Govt. Authorities, Law Enforcement parties as per business need.
∎ Developing and maintaining different administrative policies in-line with Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards, Alliance, Accord/RSC etc.
∎ Support compliance team for distinguish buyer's compliance audit like - Social/Ethical Compliance Audit, Technical/FCCA/Quality Audit, Electrical Assessment, C-TPAT/GSV/SCS Audit etc. independently and keep proper documents.
∎ Supervise overall Admin team & assign their respective duties.
∎ Must have knowledge regarding worker's wages, legal procedures, land & procurement issues.
∎ Ensure all kind of health & safety issue within the law & company policy.
∎ To take care all kinds of audits & buyer's visit by proper protocol management, support service and assistance.
∎ Ensure updating all relevant registers/gate pass as required by local law and customers CoC.
∎ Assist internal audit team with proper manner.
∎ HR Duties:
∎ Assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies.
∎ Develop JDs for all unique roles of the organization.
∎ Formulate policies on employee retention and engagement strategies so as to reduce attrition.
∎ This position is designed for maintaining the responsibility of 360 Factory HR issues.
∎ He must have solid idea about disciplining employees in accordance with existing labor laws and company.
∎ Ensure that HR, Admin and Compliance teams and Unit Managers effectively supervised by planning, organizing and delegating tasks to meet company's goals and expectations.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory's people management conditions and take all possible steps to adhere with buyer's compliance instruction. Preparing, organizing and managing factory audits as per buyer's requirements including various social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security and QMS audits.
∎ Provides measurement standards, targets and KPIs to the management team with respect to the performance management process, including both informal performance and annual formal performance appraisals.

∎ Contributes expertise to the development and delivery of performance management training manuals, policies and procedures.
∎ Have to resolve employee's grievance, stress in proactive manner and manage complex team situations to build up good internal relationship among the employee.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant working experience with MS Office packages is essential.
∎ Must be fluent in English as an official language.
∎ Working experience in a large-scale RMG factory will be preferred.
