∎ Professional Requirements: Candidates should have sound knowledge with woven items quality control procedures and policies. Must have practical experience of working with such peer–level buyers and have experience with prescribed SOPs in the field of quality control and assurance. Preference will be given to candidates who have direct familiarity with GPQ systems and can assist the company in achieving that level of quality control and monitoring system. The candidate should be technically sound in woven garments manufacturing process and quality formation. Should have the ability to work with a big level production team and manufacturing process. Must be capable to handle quality team independently in tremendous pressure. This position requires excellent verbal communication skills, good understanding of core business–client aspects, complete ideas about woven products. He must have ideas about effective communication for accessories, making liaison with Merchandising Team about production, undertakes all formalities about quality control, assurance, SOP and floor quality management.
