Job Context:
∎ Manager HR is responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. S/he is also accountable for the oversight of all employees in the HR department, developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that contributing to the development of HR department goals.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational/ Functional/ Business:
∎
∎ Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
∎ Implementing and revising a company's structure and compensation program
∎ Developing, analyzing, and updating the company's salary budget.
∎ Developing, revising, and recommending company's handbook of policies and procedures.
∎ Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
∎ Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling
∎ Manpower controlling and balancing as per requirements of the unit.
∎ Establishes the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises
∎ Preparing different reports on staff hiring, training, salary review, promotion, increment, disciplinary measures taken, etc. for the management.
∎ Planning, receiving and forecasting of human resources requirements and prepare job profile.
∎ Developing organizational culture, behaviour, professionalism, dress coding, grooming, etc.
∎ Overseeing exit interviews and targeting to less employee turnover ratio.
∎ Performing other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Develop HRIS (Human Resources Information System) To maintain all data records papers in relation to employment engagement.
∎ Leads competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
