Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Diploma in Social Compliance or PGD in HRM will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and implement HR, Admin & Compliance policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth operation.
∎ Execution of company's HR plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Ensure proper HR operation and function of the organization i.e. recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and increment etc.
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Compensation Benefit & incentive schemes.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the factory, providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the factory.
∎ To prepare & issue the office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives, Final settlement bill, etc
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend a participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Ensure to follow-up disciplinary action & conduct Departmental inquiry & Grievance handling issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all mode of transportation in and out of the factory.
∎ To maintain liaison with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
∎ Ensure the implementation of the compliance according to Compliance manuals.
∎ Carry out regular Compliance Audit in factory and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Have to monitor all health & safety and environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Capable to train personnel on Fire Fighting, use of Personal Protective Equipment on health & safety issues.
∎ Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
∎ Perform other activities which are related with HR, Admin and Compliance.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 43 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have performed Managerial role in any reputed indusry
∎ Strong knowledge of Labor law 2006 , Labor Rules 2015 & Amendment 2018
∎ Should have good knowledge on HR, Admin & compliance
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
