Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Administration, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Corporate Finance, HR Operations, Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & Implementing effective Requirtment & Selection Process.
∎ Developing Training Modules & Scheduling Training
∎ Developing Employee-Management Relations
∎ Structuring & Developing Compensation & Other Benefits
∎ Monthly/Weekly Salary Preparation & Disbursement
∎ Managing Employee Attendance
∎ Managing & Developing HR & Accounts Related Documents, like Appointment Letters, Termination Letter, NDA, Salary Sheet, etc
∎ Preparing Income Statement & Daily Income & Expense Report
∎ And all other HR & Accounts Related Activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Must have Computer Knowledge which must include Microsoft Office
∎ English Typing Speed Must be Over 35/wpm
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Paid on the 5th-6th of Every Month.
Salary will be decided based on experience & Skills
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
