Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline, O Level
∎ Fluency in English Speaking is our first priority, it doesn't really matter what Educational background you are from. If you speak English fluently then apply, we will give you free training so Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Telemarketing
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills., Clilent Convincing Power, Fluent in speaking English
Job Context:

∎ Candidate have to do Telemarketing / telesales for USA / Canadian Project. Experience in International Call Center will get first priority and extra facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Outbound Telemarketing to USA / Canada / Australia
∎ Candidate have to convince our customer to buy our product or services over the phone, it is telemarketing.
∎ Night Shift job (8.00 pm to 6.00 am) including Break + over time , Monday to Saturday
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 15 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in International Call Center (MCA Project) will get first priority.
∎ This is office based job , our office branches are ( Mohammadpur, Nikunja, Khilkhet, Uttara)
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 24000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic fixed salary + Daily & Monthly Sales Commission That up to 500TK to 15000TK+ Monthly employee of the month Bonus. Promotion opportunity. Yearly salary increment based on performance. Monthly Attendance Bonus.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
