Education:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR, preferably in RMG/Textile (Woven) industry at least 3 years in a leadership role as HR Manager in a woven garment or outerwear factory.
Oversee the entire HR function of the factory, ensuring compliance with labor laws, buyer codes of conduct (Walmart, Aldi, C&A, NEXT etc.), and internal policies.
Lead strategic HR initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Implement and monitor performance management systems (PMS), including KPI/KRA setup, appraisals, and employee development.
Ensure smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for all new hires at the factory level.
Manage employee discipline, grievances, welfare, and conflict resolution in alignment with labor law and company policy.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll systems (KORMEE) in coordination with accounts and compliance.
Coordinate and ensure factory readiness for internal, buyer, and third-party social/compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, LEED, GRS, etc.).
Prepare and implement training & development programs to enhance team capabilities, especially in compliance and productivity.
Liaise with government offices (DIFE & labor office) and external stakeholders to maintain legal and ethical operations.
Submit monthly HR reports, dashboards, and manpower planning to corporate HR and factory top management.
Provide HR support and policy guidance to department heads and act as a strategic partner to factory leadership.
Requirements
· MBA / Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Management / Business Administration
· PGD in HRM / Industrial Relations will be an added advantage
Age: Around 40 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).
Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR, preferably in RMG/Textile (Woven) industry

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & amendments, HR practices, and compliance standards
Experience dealing with international buyers, audits, and certification bodies
Excellent communication in Bangla & English, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity
Decision-making, problem-solving, and employee relations expertise
