Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters with MPH from any recognised university with minimum all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide managerial and technical support to implement the nutrition project including community level nutrition implementation
∎ Ensure quality assurance of program activities and approaches
∎ Provide guidance in Developing BCC materials
∎ Actively participate in coordination meeting with LGD and other stakeholders
∎ Coordinate and liaise with Govt. and different development partners in the health sector at national and local levels
∎ Develop plans, implement strategies and coordinate for smooth functioning of a service delivery system in the assigned working areas
∎ Ensure submission of quarterly progress reports, training reports to donor.
∎ Provide support in project development & proposal writings.
∎ Facilitate field activities with the help of Manager, FO for improving further progress in fieldwork.
∎ Prepare and track on successive year budget and expenditure of the project as per line items.
∎ Disseminate project findings, lesson learns and best practices in national and field level meetings, seminars, conferences and workshops.
∎ Evaluate the program's MIS along with defining MIS indicators for different project(s)'s objective.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience working in public health sector- preferably in Nutrition related projects.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Have broad idea about public health issues and comprehensive knowledge on nutrition
∎ Excellent technical knowledge on project planning and management
∎ Very good command on Microsoft Office Package
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Have leadership and team management skills, strong analytical ability, decision making, negotiation and people management skills
