Job Context:
∎ As a Marketing Manager, you will actively plan and execute efficient media campaigns and build Digital Marketing strategies for product launch and regular promotions that drive customer acquisition for various platforms of the Group. You will develop business acumen in the industry while optimizing campaigns and promotions to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of our paid media effort. You will be on the forefront for how we utilize proper channels and initiatives to drive growth and support promotions.
∎ The ability to drive a high-volume of quality output, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and the ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders are some of the key skills we are looking for.
∎ This is a highly challenging and demanding role where the latest knowledge in digital marketing, branding, and sales, and experience in applying next-generation marketing concepts, are required to perform well.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up and execute digital marketing strategies.
∎ Skillfully execute digital marketing campaigns on social networking platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin), Microblogging (Twitter, Tumblr), Photo sharing (Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest), vlogging or video posting (YouTube, Facebook Live etc.), and email marketing.
∎ Define and analyze key metrics that measure and benchmark success.
∎ Manage the continued improvement of tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics, including ROI.
∎ Support the branding strategies of the Group and omni-channel promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition for the Group.
∎ Establish and maintain automated reporting and optimization processes. Provide performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
∎ Generate new ideas to create contents, banners, images, videos, promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, social media and email marketing.
∎ Ensure accurate and optimized information on company pages (Google, Facebook, etc.)
∎ Implement strategies to organically increase brand awareness and lead generation.
∎ Coordinate with other cross-functional professionals to leverage relationships, and establish best practices for branding and marketing strategies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in relevant role for e-commerce (B2C and B2B) will get preference
∎ Minimum 4+ year(s) experience in relevant field
∎ Candidates with strong editorial experience will get special preference
∎ Candidates must have a very strong command in English
