Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities "AI/ML Development Design, develop, and implement machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models. Build and optimize AI-driven applications, chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics solutions, AI agents and Multi-agent systems. Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, Hugging Face and AWS Bedrock. Implement AI application using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. Develop AI workflow and Prompt engineering strategies and use vector database Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models. Evaluate model performance, hallucination rates, and response quality. Data Engineering & Model Training Collect, preprocess, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets. Create data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment. Perform feature engineering and model optimization to improve performance and accuracy. Monitor data quality and model performance over time. Deployment & MLOps Deploy AI models into production environments using cloud platforms and containerization technologies. Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, monitoring, retraining, and governance. Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI solutions into business applications. Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems. Research & Innovation Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects. Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders. Document AI models, system architectures, and development processes. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. "
