Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities "Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s vision and goals. Oversee ideation, development, launch, and optimization of products. Own the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and consistent communication with stakeholders. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to refine prioritized product needs. Ensure a user-centered design approach by working with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive, customer-focused features. Utilize data-driven decision-making methods, including A/B testing, to validate product hypotheses and prioritize features. Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects to gather and analyze feedback for current and future product development. Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Client Success, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages to enhance product positioning. Use tools, integrations, and AI/LLM-powered solutions to replace repetitive workflows. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating closely with marketing and sales. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product concepts into technical requirements, prioritizing features in the product backlog. Facilitate agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and removal of blockers for smooth sprint execution. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, user adoption, and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Continuously assess product success metrics and adjust strategies based on performance and evolving market needs."
