Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com
∎ MBA in Accounting & Information System/CA/CA-CC will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Analysis and planning
∎ Formulate monthly and yearly financial budget and variance analysis, control expenditure according to the approved budget.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and half yearly financial & non-financial report including growth analysis.
∎ Undertake Feasibility study on new project and purchase.
∎ Formulate and implement financial rules and regulations.
∎ Advise management in terms of initiative to increase hospital income.
∎ Monitor daily operational activities to confidently face internal and external audit.
∎ Prepare periodic asset and liability as well as cost analysis report.
∎ Supervise and monitor the activities of sub-ordinate staff and day to day affairs of accounts department.
∎ Examination and vetting of all vouchers.
∎ Preserve all financial and accounts related documents.
∎ Execute all financial transaction in compliance with the existing VAT & Tax rules.
∎ Prepare and maintain a ledger of all fixed asset and equipment of the hospital.
∎ Maintain liaison with SIBL Foundation through proper channel.
∎ Prepare monthly stock report.
∎ Supervise day to day payment affairs of all suppliers.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statement at the end of each month.
∎ Ensure fund management.
∎ Prepare office note & circular related to accounts & finance.
∎ Prepare and submit proposal related to rules, regulation and financial matters on demand.
∎ Compliance with any other assignment as instructed by the higher authority.
