• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks; design and implement practical solutions to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Sourcing & Commercial Coordination
• Manage supplier relationships and sourcing strategies; ensure timely procurement of raw materials aligned with production needs and export schedules.
• Export Operations
• Oversee packaging, documentation, and compliance for international shipments; ensure alignment with destination country requirements.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track KPIs and report regularly on team and process performance; propose corrective actions when needed.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation; ensure full compliance with company standards and export regulations.
• Team Training & Supervision
• Lead, train, and motivate processing staff; ensure smooth onboarding and continuous upskilling of team members.
• Risk Management
• Identify risks in sourcing, production, or export workflows and implement mitigation strategies.
