Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in concerned field of green industrial project.

  • Proficient in construction management with experience in LEED-certified projects having a significant advantage.

  • Strong understanding of LEED standards, green building techniques, and sustainable construction practices.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally in the RMG sector.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.



Responsibilities & Context:

The management of a reputable group of companies, which owns 100% export-oriented woven and knit RMG units, is searching for a qualified "Manager-Green Project LEED" for one of its Platinum Green RMG factories, which is currently under construction.

  • Ensure project construction work is carried out in accordance with drawing, design and work schedule.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work schedule and complete the work in scheduled time. Submit periodical work progress report to construction work to the management.

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the entire construction site, ensuring compliance with project plans, timelines, and LEED certification requirements.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones. Ensure timely procurement of materials and resources.

  • To identify problematic areas and critical activities before the occurrence and advise corrective measures to prevent/ rectify the problems.

  • Ensure that all construction activities align with LEED requirements, focusing on energy efficiency, water management, sustainable materials, and indoor environmental quality.

  • Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain construction standards and ensure that all work complies with industry regulations and environmental standards.

  • Monitor project costs, approve expenditures, and manage financial performance to keep the project within budget.

  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental protocols are followed on-site, implementing best practices to minimize risk and ensure worker safety.

  • Lead and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.

  • Regularly report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by management as and when necessary.

  • Excellent communication skill to work with consultants of the project.
