Job Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of medical, laser, and aesthetic devices.
- Plan, organize, and execute all service-related activities efficiently and smoothly.
- Ensure prompt customer service, maintain strong client relationships, and handle service calls, reports, and repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance visits and technical inspections at client sites.
- Prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and update records properly.
- Coordinate with the technical, sales, and management teams for smooth service operations.
- Provide technical support and product-related assistance to customers when required.
- Stay updated on new technologies and product developments through continuous learning.
