Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

• 2 to 4 years

• 2–4 years experience in operations, administration, or amusement/kids play zones

• Prior experience in a kids zone, amusement park, or play centre is strongly preferred

• Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills

• Honest, responsible, alert, and detail-oriented, especially regarding child safety

Fun Factory is a children-focused play and amusement centre featuring Ball Pit, Trampoline, Bumper Cars, and other kids’ attractions.

Organization: Fun Factory (Children’s Play & Amusement Centre)

Reporting To

• Managing Director

• Director – Admin & Operations

Location: 27 KC Roy Road, Mymensingh Sadar, Mymensingh

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Staff Supervision

• Oversee daily operations of the children’s play and amusement centre

• Coordinate with ride operators, ticketing staff, supervisors, and support staff

• Ensure smooth opening and closing of daily operations

• Ensure all staff strictly follow company SOPs related to operations, safety, cleanliness, and child supervision

• Identify, report, and help resolve operational or SOP-related issues

Administrative Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain official documents

• Maintain inventory records (tickets, tokens, supplies, assets)

• Prepare basic operational reports for management

• Ensure smooth communication between staff and management

Security & Child Safety Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of children in all play zones (Ball Pit, Trampoline, Bumper Cars, etc.)

• Monitor play areas to prevent unsafe behavior, overcrowding, or unauthorized access

• Ensure proper supervision of children by staff at all times

• Respond immediately to safety incidents or emergencies and report to management

• Ensure all safety rules, signage, and emergency procedures are followed

• Salary: Up to BDT 20,000 (Negotiable based on interview performance and experience)

Probation & Confirmation

• 3 months probation period

• Permanent confirmation based on satisfactory performance and management approval
