Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bath and kitchen Fittings, kitchen appliances, Kitchen Ware
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the whole factory from planning to carrying out duties and responsibilities that are needed for the business to be successful;
∎ Lead the production team to improve the overall product quality, Control cost and reduce production lead time.
∎ Daily and monthly production targets to achieve based on the set target efficiency.
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machinery
∎ Have to be a resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Have good knowledge of wastage control and production.
∎ Must be punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for full production and quality, line and machine-wise job distribution to the operators with the co-ordination of R&D and Planning team.
∎ Making sure that all the requirements of the buyers are met throughout the production chain;
∎ Ensuring commitment to environment, health, safety and security inside the factory;
∎ Ensuring that the production chains are well maintained during the audits of the different local orders / buyers.
∎ Ensuring that different operational reports have reached top management in time.
∎ Workers & Staffs turnover, migration and absenteeism rate has to maintain and control as per the industry good factory standard.
∎ To inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
