Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fish Management & Technical Service
∎ Look after fish production.
∎ Preparing and monitoring the disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity.
∎ Preparing and verifying all production & administrative reports.
∎ Report to the line management on any unusual/ unexpected results that occur on the farm
∎ Identify disease control and treatment, green fodder production & advice on feeding practices of a balanced diet of cattle.
∎ Preparing and monitoring the disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity.
∎ Train, hire, and supervise workers engaged in fish farming.
∎ Inspect farm or ranch structures, such as buildings, fences, or roads, ordering repair or maintenance activities, as needed.
∎ Monitor pasture or grazing land use to ensure that livestock is properly fed or that conservation methods, such as rotational grazing, are used.
∎ Reports to the line management on any unusual/unexpected results that occur in the farm.
∎ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards across the farm estate
∎ Preparation of production and administrative reports.
∎ Local issues and administrative work.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
