We are 100% Export-Oriented Garments Manufacturing Group of Company looking for a dynamic Manager to lead the Finishing Department in a Woven Garments Factory.

Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.

• Responsible for handling the finishing department independently with desired quality & able to follow up shipment data plan and achieve set packing targets.

• Quick blanching finishing lines as and when required and analyzing individual worker performance.

• Monitoring the quality system and improving the knowledge and skills of the team.

• Following up day-to-day finishing target.

• Maintaining the level of trims, accessories, and WIP across the finishing floor.

• Capable to handle the entire finishing system.

• To give solutions to apprehended problems during bulk operation.

• Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on-time impaction.

• Ensure the daily style-wise target achievement.

• Act as the coordinate among the different departments for ensuring, continual production and shipment as well.

• Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
