We are a Knit Composite Textile Factory seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager in Finishing Department for Fabric Dyeing Factory.

Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in finishing fabrics.

• Schedule fabric finishing according to knitting parameters, color, type of fabrics, and other specifications to maintain efficient operation.

• Select standard formulas that most customer specifications or uses of knowledge of finish ingredients, and application methods to develop new formulas.

• Examines fabric to verify that the finish meets the specification.

• Appreciate a new development in the finishing process.

• Have an idea of the finishing machine specification.

• Interconnect with the knitting & dyeing department to face any troubleshooting of the process.

• To maintain a proper heat set process for Lycra fabrics.

• To maintain dia, GSM, Shrinkage, and twisting of the finished fabrics.

• Trains workers in the setup, repair, and operation of ranges, machines, and equipment.

• Prepare Finishing Report, Shrinkage fail analysis report, Machine idle time Report & Monthly Production Analysis report.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
