Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting
∎ • Fully qualified professional accountants i.e. ACA/FCA/ACMA/FCMA/CPA preferably with MBA/ Masters in Finance or Accounting or any business relevant degrees
∎ Skills Required: Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT Customs Duty Income Ta, Accounts, Export/ Import through L/C, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance Accounts Dept along with CA degree
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Internal Reporting and controlling for RBBS overall tasks and Regional office in India
∎ • HFM reporting/consolidation for the part of RBBS
∎ • Finance data & Finance Program for RBBS
∎ • Board Meeting presentation preparation from all perspective of RBBS sustainable growth. Moreover, Company Secretarial activities in relation to Share capital, List of shareholders, Board meetings & minutes of AGM
∎ • Internal reporting for CP, CF, C dept. in India as well as BOSCH Group in APAC, Germany etc.
∎ • Monitor overall Taxation, VAT & Customs related all tasks of RBBS
∎ • Preparation of BRS and Financial Statements on monthly, quarterly, Bi-annually, yearly as well as any ad-hoc basis
∎ • Providing tax planning services with reference to current situation for RBBS
∎ • Overall monitoring over any meeting statutory requirement, maintaining books of accounts, Budget preparation, Pricing determination, Cost control, Optimum Capital deployment, Cash inflows and Cash outflows, Contact & regular update to RBIN/Bosch head quarter, Internal&/External Auditors, Regulatory bodies as well.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Hands on knowledge on SAP - minimum two years
∎ 5 to 8 years - with post qualification experience of 3 years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Strategic Planning, Commercial/ Export-Import, Company Secretary/ Share Division, Fund Management etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Trading of Engineering / Automobiles large local companies or Multinational Companies .
∎ Trading of Engineering / Automobiles large local companies or Multinational Companies .
∎ Income Tax Departments, VAT authorities, Customs Departments, Banks, Govt. authorities (RJSCB, Board of Investments etc.)
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ Leadership Qualities, managing the team, ability to handle adverse conditions, Liaison with Govt., Banks, VAT, Tax and Customs Authorities, Other stakeholders of the Company as well. Consultant with Auditors, Surveyors, Central Banks, BIDA, BSEC etc.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ • Based on working experience and qualifications. Commensurate with the market salary in Bangladesh
