∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Finacial Management, Finacial Report Writing, Micro Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that financial records, record keeping and financial report are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
∎ Bill, Voucher and register Checking: To verify bill, invoice, Debit, Credit and Journal Voucher and advance Register, FDR register, Staff security fund register etc. adhere to the Financial Policies and Procedures.
∎ Fund Management: Analysis fund position of branch level, Fund transfer advice sending to branch, Bank transaction verification, Specially verification of HO Current Account, FDR, Pay Order, On line transfer preparation and monitoring, Bank Statement verify against monthly financial position.
∎ Periodical Financial Statements: Financial statements verification (Receipts and Payments Accounts, Income and Expenditure accounts, Financial Position (Balance Sheet),Cash flow Statement as per MRA and PKSF Format.
∎ Budget: Budget Preparation, Submission, monitoring the budgetary control.
∎ Internal control: Financial compliance monitoring as per financial policy. Contact and liaise with external audit (as per MRA & PKSF format), mitigation of internal audit findings financial part.
∎ Field Visit: Every month minimum one-week field visit for improvement of Accountant activities monitoring for maintain internal control mechanism.
∎ Document preparation: Outsourcing loan document (PKSF, Bank and Other financial institution), MRA requirements (MRA Report on line or manual, Bangladesh Bank Report on line or manual, CIB of MRA)
∎ Staff Final Payment, Staff Savings Fund and Staff Security: Preparation of final payment approval, management of staff savings fund, regular monitoring of staff security (interest calculation) etc.
∎ Tax and Vat: Supervisions and monitoring deduction source tax and Vat and timely deposited.
∎ G-banker Software: Close monitoring software related activities head office and branch offices.
∎ Analyze data and Ratio and advise top management on how to maximum financial performance.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the authority concerned from time to time for the benefit of the program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willingness to travel extensively in the working areas
∎ Must have skill in operating word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
∎ Skill in handling integrated software
∎ Writing skill both Bangla and English

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
