Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Accounting/Finance, Preference will be given to CA (CC)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Head Office
∎ Contract Period: 2 years (including minimum 6 months in probation period)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in development and implementation of strategy and assist in making annual plan for GNB.
∎ Assess and develop internal control system in operation from financial management, human resource management and asset management points of view.
∎ Monitor the implementation of existing policies and strategies for ensuring compliance. For this analyze existing controls, recommend new control process where existing ones are inadequate and anticipate the emerging risks to provide assurance of operational and administrative efficiency.

∎ Provide leadership to the department's staff and supervise and manage their performance for development in line with the organization's goals, objectives, policies and regulations.
∎ Propose new developments by developing annual work plan and monitor their implementation for grooming future leader.
∎ Preparation of Annual Internal Audit Plan and implementation of through proper scheduling, staff planning and supervision through field visits.
∎ Ensure quality Audit Reports, meet management expectation through meeting and discussion with management.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on both administrative and operational departments for establishing a better working environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Ability to understand and reflect the organizational Audit Management standards/applications in Management Support Team
∎ Ability to identify and take actions for major and minor errors and irregularities
∎ Ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural office environment
∎ Financial & Audit related Report Writing Capability
∎ Must be good in English Language & presentable
∎ Basic managerial capacity to build and manage a team and to work with and without top-down supervision
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
