∎ Strong knowledge of garments manufacturing cost structures and export procedures, tax Laws, and ERP Systems

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
∎ Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
∎ Oversee cash flow, working capital, and fund management to ensure liquidity and timely supplier/vendor payments.
∎ Develop and monitor budgets for production, operations, and overhead.
∎ Review product costing (style-wise, buyer-wise) including material consumption and overhead allocation specific to woven garments.
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements including VAT, Income Tax, and other government regulations.
∎ Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and government bodies as necessary.
∎ Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory accounting in coordination with the store and production departments.
∎ Implement internal controls for inventory movement, usage, and valuation.
∎ Maintain and track fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
∎ Coordinate with the merchandising, production, commercial, and procurement teams to align financial practices with business operations.
∎ Manage accounting and ERP software systems for accuracy and data integrity.
