Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree or higher education in education or social work, communications, social science, international development or related field or equivalent discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 (eight) years' experience to coordinate, implementation and monitoring of programs.
∎ Must have 3 (three) years' experience to coordinate and implement program in partnership and collaboration with the government education department/Development Sector will be preference.
∎ Should have good understanding about primary education system, community engagement and education in emergencies
∎ Good understanding about the government, INGOs and USAID systems and procedures
∎ Demonstrated ability to coordinate and monitor field level activities
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure
∎ Ability to set clear goals and high-quality standards, achieved through collective action.
∎ Ability to inspire others through personal commitment to and passion for education.
∎ Excellent English writing skills required, especially report writing.
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office applications.
