Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, Co-ordinate And optimize Planning for finished Fabric delivery to Garments for smooth shipment.
∎ Acknowledgement Of the order quantity in advance for making production plan according to buyer projection & liaise with the management & giving necessary directives to the production responsible team regarding the production plan
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain an acceptable production of fabric & to ensure the implementation of the production schedule.
∎ Have to handle 55 fabric delivery per day.
∎ To implement price-controlled policy.
∎ Make TNA to start fabric production.
∎ Ensure proper utilization Of Man & machines
∎ Have to follow up as team leader of planning department & solve the problem of his teammates.
∎ Have to follow up grey fabric delivery from knitting.
∎ Have to co-ordinate Garments planning as well as marketing team.
∎ Check & confirm all additional & excess fabric requirement.
∎ Make batch plan to dyeing the required fabric as per schedule.
∎ Analyze the risk factor of an order & make sustainable solution.
