∎ At least 6 years of working experience in relevant field including 3 years in management position. Experience in EiE programming will be preferred.
∎ Extensive knowledge in project and budget management, pedagogy, formal and non-formal education programs, and Child Education and Safeguarding policies.
∎ Proven skills in team management, process facilitation, and coordination with a high standard of excellence.
∎ Strong planning, presentation, and analytical abilities, coupled with excellent time management skills.
∎ Proficient in English communication, hands-on computer operating skills, and a clear understanding of humanitarian and crisis contexts.
