Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Statistics/Social Science, Education, Development Studies or relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The position is contingent and subject to donor approval.
∎ Job Type: Regular
∎ Job Location: 5 positions based in Dhaka, Chattogram, Rangpur, Sylhet and Mymensingh

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years' experience in the relevant field and a minimum of 5 years working experience in TVET Sector.
∎ Clear understanding and competency on project/program management and skills training program management.
∎ Experience in implementing skills training programs, youth development, soft skills, stakeholder engagement, internal and external communication and program monitoring.
∎ Working experience at Dhaka, Chattogram, Mymensingh, Rangpur or Sylhet will add value
∎ Report writing both Bangla in English, analyze data for decision making and participation.
