Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing / Master in Food Science and Technology / Food Processing Technology. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Marking and entrepreneurship development.
∎ May be relaxed for highly experienced candidates in Marketing jobs in Dhaka city Corporation.

Job Context:
∎ Eco-Social Development Foundation (ESDF), a sister concern production institute of ESDO Thakurgaon. ESDF started its journey in 2018 with a good reputation in production. ESDF is going to implement Mozzarella Cheese Branding, Packaging and Distribution Project in Thakurgaon.
∎ ESDF is inviting applications from the potential candidates for the position of Manager for its Mozzarella Cheese Branding, Packaging and Distribution Project based at Thakurgaon
∎ district.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing forecast models using business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance analysts.
∎ Maintain professional relationship with Producer, Supplier and Customer and ensure quality of product.
∎ Planning, budgeting, directing, implementing, evaluating & monitoring of Cheese production.
∎ Ensure all inputs for implementation of Cheese production activates and ensure proper use and maintenance of all kinds of materials and resources.
∎ Taking initiative to build up liaison with residential 5 Star Hotels, Pizza Factories, Bakeries, Super shops, Airlines etc .for selling of Mozzarella Cheese.
∎ Develop Mozzarella Cheese Producer through organizing counseling, training, meeting, workshop etc.
∎ Dealing with customer, Production people and update shipment status.
∎ Initiate monthly demand, distribution and forecasting calculation.
∎ Analyze weekly, monthly & yearly report of production and distribution.
∎ Provide regular training to entrepreneurs, helping entrepreneurs improve their skills by conducting exchange visit when needed.
∎ Technical assistance in creating different types of services for production of processed products at the local level and ensuring accessibility of various services at the entrepreneurial level.
∎ Regular follow up on production, shipment and collection.
∎ Sending the EOQ to suppliers and recording in the Order Status Reports.
∎ Ensuring confirmation from suppliers in accordance with the PO in order to follow up.
∎ Participate in the execution of other activities from the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 05 years experience in Cheese/ Milk manufacturing company
∎ Willing to Work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Experience in Managing Production, Maintenance and Project.
∎ Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role.
∎ Experience in Marketing in Dhaka City Corporation will be preferred.
∎ Candidates working with 5 Star Hotels, Pizza Factories, Bakeries, Super shops, Airlines etc. as Sales/ Marketing jobs will be treated as additional qualification.
∎ Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office Package & Internet browsing.
∎ Willing to drive motorcycle & should have a valid driving license
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary BDT. 50,000/-
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per project design.
