• The candidate must have the ability to use a computer
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• The candidate must be familiar with the online billing system, and
• Proficient in operating the Electronic Cash Register (ECR) machine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all Food & Bill operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Maintain high standards of both internal and external customer service.
• Adding taste and quality to menus and steadily increasing restaurant sales to make it profitable.
• Lead Food team by supervising.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations. Regular Report on restaurant sales and other feedback to Management.
• Ability to Maintain Proper Stock/ Sales related information Both manually and On Software.
• Have good knowledge of Restaurant Management.
