Job Responsibilities:
∎ To determines annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing selling strategies and analyzing trends and results.
∎ To establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ To implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
∎ To maintain sales volume, product mix ad selling price by keeping current with supply and demand,
∎ To Maintain sales people by recruiting ,selecting, orientation and training employees.
∎ To Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal network, and participating in professional societies.
∎ To contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ To assign any job by the Management.
