Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution with standard skills, capability and customer focus.
∎ To generate positive leads; which will be converted to sales to meet sales target as ABP.
∎ To meet and build strong relationship with actual/ high profile target group.
∎ To maintain a strong database to generate prospective LEADs and attracting foreign investment.
∎ Must be able to maintain a close liaison with the business or Institutional Heads/ Entrepreneur.
∎ Will advice team leader in case of developing new policies to achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Attend various overseas events & fairs to meet & greet the top level business personalities.
∎ Liaise with stakeholders in different countries and identify & build opportunities for business activity.
∎ Assist with regulatory process of launching in new markets.
∎ Ensure clients engagements to the project, Project Visit etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and result oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
